Ida M. Dotson ,88, of Noblesville, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at Riverview Hospital. She was born on August 13, 1924 to Harvey and Louise (Flannigan) Mullins in Welch, West Virginia.
Ida was a member of Merge Community Church of God, Noblesville, and she enjoyed being a homemaker and a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother to her family.
She is survived by daughters, Linda Dickerson, Donna Castor; son, Greg (Nancy) Dotson; sister, Betty (Tom) Stallings; brothers, Ray (Ruthie) Mullins, Charles (Melba) Mullins; sister-in-law, Bessie Mullins; grandchildren, Angie (Tom) Pouch, Suzanne (Tony) Conger, Eric Castor, Robin (Eric) Pilkington, Michael Dotson, Melissa (Randy) Whipple; great-grandchildren, Annie and Kara Conger, Garrett and Jessie Pouch, Haeyli and Kyler Pilkington, Brennan and Neal Dotson, Allie and Kinzie Whipple
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Harvey Dotson; sisters, Mary Branham, Carrie Mullins, Grace Sharpe, and Jeanne Mullins; brother, Lacy Mullins; and step-mother Jesse Mullins.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, March 4, 2013, at Merge Community Church of God,1361 Christian Ave, Noblesville, with Pastor Chad Muncy officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, March 3, 2013 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, Noblesville. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery
