Jacqueline Carter

Jacqueline (Linville) Carter, 91, of Noblesville, passed away on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at Compassus Hospice in Indianapolis.  She was born on September 7, 1932 to Garland and Myrtle (Wilson) Linville in Scottsville, Kentucky.

Jacqueline was a devoted member of the Nazarene Church and 7th Day Adventist Church, where she was part of the choir and a Sunday school teacher. She was an excellent homemaker and wonderful grandma who loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, James (Teresa) Carter, Susan (Stephen) Webster, and John Carter; sister, Lisa Soon; eleven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard F Carter; and children, Katherine Carter, Steven Carter, and Mary Carter.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, December 15, 2023 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road in Noblesville, with Beth Bartlet officiating.  Visitation will be from 11:00 am to the time of service at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Gray Friends Cemetery in Noblesville.
