James R. "Jimmy" Beem, 49, of Noblesville, passed away on Monday, January 12, 2015 at his home. He was born on November 24, 1965 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
For many years, Jimmy worked as an auto body technician & painter for several different body shops, including Speedway Body Shop, Butler Toyota, and Stuart Skillman. He liked motorcycle racing, guitars and music.
Jimmy is survived by his father, Richard S. (Marianna) Beem; mother, Leslie A. Piper; siblings, Ken (Bev) Piper, and Bobby (Nikki) Beem; nieces & nephews, Christy, Kelsey, Nathaniel, & Samuel Piper; and his Siberian Husky, Mackenzie.
He was preceded in death by his step-father, Bill Piper; and sister, Victoria Lynn Beem Barbee.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held from 2:00pm to 4:00pm on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Colonial Hills Baptist Church, 8140 Union Chapel Road, Indianapolis, with Pastor Rick Arrowood officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Jimmy may be made to the Humane Society for Hamilton County, 1721 Pleasant Street, Suite B, Noblesville, IN 46060.
