James Loren Black

James Loren Black, born August 16, 1958 in Omaha, Nebraska, passed away peacefully in Fishers, IN on March 19, 2018.  
He is survived by his parents, Pauline Watson and James M. Black; sons, James R. (Jessica) and Drew (Jamie) Black, whom he shared with former spouse, Sarah Black; grandchildren, Riley, Lucas, Cooper, and Logan; siblings, John Black, Cindy Donnella, Robin Black, and Donald Black; partner, Amy Hellyer; and nieces and nephews.  
James worked in the transportation industry for more than 39 years.  He enjoyed watching sports, playing golf, and more than anything spending time with his family, especially his adoring grandchildren.  As both a wonderful father and grandfather, Jim's most important lifetime priority was his family.   He will be dearly missed.
