James F. Nenni, 78, of Fishers, passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2020 at his home. He was born on February 28, 1942 to Eugene and Ann (Berlin) Nenni in Detroit, Michigan.
Jim was a retired district sales manager for General Mills. He enjoyed Street Rods, and was a past president of the Hamilton County Extension Board and a former advisor for the ACTS Youth Program. Jim was active in Hamilton County Extension, where he and his wife, Marilyn, started the 4-H Llama project 29 years ago at their farm, Shagbark Ridge Llama Ranch in Noblesville. In recent years, he and Marilyn established the Hamilton County Llamas, Inc. Youth Program.
Jim is survived by his wife, Marilyn (Johnson) Nenni; son, James (Michelle) Nenni; grandson, Brendan (Sydney) Nenni; granddaughter, Jordan Nenni; step-daughter, Kristi (Mike) Kenney; step-son, Rick (Carol) Goodyear; step-grandchildren, Allison Kenney, Emily Kenney, Michael Kenney, Meagan Cyrus, and Katie Goodyear; and sister, Beverly (Keith) Woodruff.
In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his daughter, Marie Nenni, in 1979.
Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Monday, June 1, 2020 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road in Noblesville, with visitation from 1:00 pm to the time of service at the funeral home. Chaplain Derek Hansen will officiate. Burial will be at Hamilton Memorial Park Cemetery in Westfield.
