Janet Ruth "Jan" Robinson

Janet Ruth Robinson, 79, of Indianapolis, passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis.  She was born on April 10, 1938 to Sylvester and Ruth (Grzlak) Kubiak in South Bend, Indiana.
Jan loved Las Vegas and lived there for over 50 years before moving closer to family in Indiana.  She loved the beach and seashells, and enjoyed collecting and taking pictures.  Jan volunteered with play production at the Spring Mountain Ranch in Las Vegas and enjoyed music.  Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her two loving grandsons.
Jan is survived by her daughter, Jenny (Chris) Shierant; grandsons, Mason and Max; sisters, Claire (Bill) Gray and Mary Therese Tower; and sister-in-law, Kaye Kubiak.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, David Kubiak.
A Memorial Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday, October 27, 2017 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road in Noblesville.
