Jeanne Louise "Jeri" Stone

Jeanne Louise "Jeri" Stone, 86, of Noblesville, passed away on Sunday, June 3, 2018 at her home.  She was born on July 4, 1931 to John and Avis (Carter) Knotts in Kokomo, Indiana.
Jeri was born on the 4th of July, which explained her firecracker personality.  She was very patriotic, and a 50-year member of American Legion Auxiliary Post #45.  Jeri was a member of St. Michael's Episcopal Church and never met a stranger.  Jeri was an animal & dog lover who enjoyed gardening, baking & cooking for her family.
She is survived by her children, Nancy Gibbons, William Robert Stone, Steven M. Stone, Rebecca Daniels, James D. Stone, and Michael C. Stone; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and her dog, Buffy.
In addition to her parents, Jeri was preceded in death by her husband, William E. "Bill" Stone; and her son, John Stone.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street in Noblesville, with visitation from 11:00 am to the time of service.  Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
