Jennifer 'Jena' L. King, 40, of Noblesville, passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at home. She was born on March 9, 1972 to Daniel and Cindy (Scott) Redick in Indianapolis.
Jena was former owner and operator of Bahama Mama's in Noblesville; and formerly a probation officer for the Hamilton County Probation Office. She was a 1990 graduate of Noblesville High School; and a graduate of Morehead State University in Kentucky. She attended Calvary Baptist Church in Noblesville. Jena loved her family, and being a mother; and enjoyed poetry and creative writing. She was also an avid dog lover.
She is survived by father, Daniel (Teri) Redick; mother, Cindy Redick; three daughters, Kelsey Chambers, Kassidy Chambers & Hadli King; sister, Jodi (Tim) Redick Battle; uncles & aunts, Dennis Redick, Kipp (Joyce) Scott, Cathie (Mark) Plecker & Brenda Redick; and nieces and nephews, Madison Battle, Mason Battle & Maki Battle.
She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Garland & Betty Scott; and paternal grandparents, Robert & Margaret Wical.
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, September 14, 2012, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, in Noblesville, with Rev. Richard D. Bell officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, September 13, 2012 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
