Jeremy David Locke, 32, of Westfield, passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2014. He was born on August 22, 1981 in Plymouth, Indiana.
Jeremy is survived by his mother, Pam (Wayne Beverage) Locke; father, Hugh David (Rachel) Locke; son, Ethan Andrew Locke; brother, Ryan (Michelle) Allen; sister, Megan (Steve) Russell; brother, Cameron Locke; brother, Connor Locke; sister, Claire Locke; grandparents, Dick and Jeanie Alber; and eight nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Martha and David Locke.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, June 17, 2014, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, in Noblesville, with visitation from 1:00 pm to the time of service. Pastor Kevin Russell will officiate.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Ethan Locke College Fund, c/o Edward Jones, 350 E Main Street, Westfield, IN 46074.
