Jesse Pohlman, 43, of Noblesville, was diagnosed with Leukemia on Monday March 4, 2024 and unexpectedly passed away, less than 48 hours later on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at IU Health University Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born on December 6, 1980 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Jesse was raised in Brookville, Indiana by his parents, Richard and Sharon (Markus) Pohlman
Jesse spent over twenty years in both the public and private sectors doing planning, real estate development consulting and detail management. Jesse lived his life by research and planning he never did anything half-way. He was passionate about board games, gardening and his family. A patron of the board game arts, he designed games and loved to teach people complicated strategy. His gardening was neat and orderly and fueled by research. His dog Truffles worshiped him. He made the world go around.
He is survived by his wife, Amy Pohlman; his parents; children, Odin Richardson, Evan Richardson, Aidan Richardson, Nell Richardson, Avery Pohlman, Asher Pohlman, and Adley Pohlman; siblings, Jennifer (Shawn) Mauer, Jason Pohlman, and Rachael (Gary) Retherford; and his first wife, Cassandra Pohlman.
Services will be held at 4:00 pm on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road in Fishers, with Shawn Mauer officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to the time of service at the funeral home.
