Jessie Griffin
Jessie B Griffin, 81, of Noblesville, passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2011 at Riverview hospital. He was born on November 10, 1929 to Wallace and Nanny (Osborne) Griffin in Harlan Co., Kentucky.
Jessie worked as a carpenter for the lumber mill and was a member of Lighthouse Fellowship Church of God.
He is survived by a son, Gary (Brenda) Griffin of Noblesville, IN, daughter, Tracie (Roger) Kirby, eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Esta Mae Griffin, and a daughter, Tammy Madewell.
Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, August 2, 2011, at Lighthouse Fellowship Church of God, 1361 Christian Ave, in Noblesville, with Pastor Bill Jenkins officiating. Visitation will be Monday, August 1, 2011 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road, Fishers. Burial will be at Oaklawn Cemetery in Indianapolis.
