Jimmy Moody

Jimmy O. Moody, 74, of Noblesville, passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2014 at Riverwalk Village in Noblesville. He was born on August 5, 1939 to Henry and Versie Grace (Daly) Moody in Double Springs, Alabama.
Jimmy retired in 1992 after 20 years with Chrysler Motors; and was a member of the Baptist faith. He was a caring, generous father who loved his family very much. He enjoyed traveling with his family and playing cards; and was a practical joker.
He is survived by daughters, Ruth Ann (Jay) Hawkinson and Lynda Baker; son, Robert (Denise) Moody; brothers & sister, Howard Moody, Elbert (Bertha) Moody and Thelma (Fred) Hanks; grandchildren, Thomas & Matthew McCormick, Kristi & Michael Baker, Eryn Noble, Dawn Carter and Brandon Moody; and great-grandchildren, Autumn Noble, Savannah Rose Noble and Kryssi & Aubree Carter.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Moody who passed away in April 2011; brothers, J.W., Verlon & Loyd Moody; and sister, Faye Konke.
Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, May 24, 2014, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, in Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 1:00 pm prior to the service.
