Joan A. Hartman Cammack, 84, of Noblesville, passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at Riverview Hospital. She was born on July 10, 1928 to George and Lena (Shafer) Applegate in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Joan worked as a realtor and broker for 38 years, and retired from F.C. Tucker in 2008. She was a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Noblesville where she was on the missions board, and was a former member of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Indianapolis. She was on the board of Habitat for Humanity, and Hamilton County Board of Realtors. She was an avid reader, and enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling.
She is survived by son, Mike Hartman; daughters, Teresa Hartman, and Karen (Steve) Miner; step-son, Gregory (Pam) Cammack; grandchildren, James and Isaiah Brock, Megan (David) Schlueter, and Mindi (Nick) Valadez; great-grandchildren, Anna, Jacob, and Andrew Schlueter, and Samuel and Christopher Valadez.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Martin Cammack in 2007; and grandson, Matthew Cammack.
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 8, 2013, at Emmanuel United Methodist Church, 16000 Cumberland Road, in Noblesville, with Pastor Jeff Buck officiating. Visitation will be Friday, June 7, 2013 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1685 Westfield Road, Noblesville. Burial will be at Hinkle Creek Cemetery in Noblesville.
