Joe Michael Hess

Joe Michael Hess, 31, of Noblesville, passed away on Monday, October 22, 2018 at his home in Noblesville.  He was born on August 18, 1987 to Joe and Loretta (Cooper) Hess in Wise County, Virginia.
Joe enjoyed writing, reading, coin collecting, history, and geography.  He loved keeping up with politics. Joe was a helpful and caring individual.
He is survived by his mother, Loretta Hess; sister, Dohna (Henry) Smith; brother, Hershel Lee (Angela) Cox, Jr.; brother, Ricky Allen (Angela) Cox, Sr.; brother, Denny Eugene (Beth) Cox; sister, April Dawn (Britany) Cox; and uncle, Randall Hess.
In addition to his father, Joe Milton Hess, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jeffrey Lynn Cox; grandparents, Ossie Elizabeth and Hubert Cooper; brother-in-law, Marty Wayne Webb; nephew, Marty Lee Webb; cousin, Ricky Allen Cox, Jr.; grandparents, Eunice and Graham Hess; aunt and uncle, Margaret Sue and James White; aunt, Janet Dye; aunt, Betty Balock; and cousins, Charlie and Jason Hess.
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, October 26, 2018 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street in Noblesville, with Pastor Denton Howard officiating.  Visitation will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
