Joe Johnson

60, Westfield, passed away Saturday, August 23, 2008 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born June 8, 1948 in Wayne County, Michigan. His parents were Paul K. and Esther Johnson. 
Joe worked for Watson Security as a security guard; and also was a former minister. Mr. Johnson was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Westfield.
His loves were his family and his church.  
He is survived by his wife, Diane Johnson of Westfield, IN; son, Joseph P. Johnson of Westfield, IN; daughters, Tammy (Dan) Taylor of Fishers, IN and Teresa (Matthew) Hayes of Ft. Myers, FL; brothers, John Evans of Jasonville, IN and Gene Boright of Grand Rapids, MI; sister, Barbara Teller of Montgomery, MI, and adoptive sister, Donna Allen of Centerville, IN.He had eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  
Services will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2:00 PM at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, with Bob Brenneman officiating. Friends may call from 12:00PM until the time of the service. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
