John Wilder

John Owen Wilder, 92, of Noblesville, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2013 at Harbour Manor Care Center. He was born on August 15, 1921 to Daniel and Mae (Cummings) Wilder in Carmel, Indiana.
John worked for Reynolds Farm Equipment as a service director for 30 years, before retiring in 1984, and served in the United States Army Air Corps during WWII. He was a member of Fishers United Methodist Church, 2nd Air Commando Group, a 50 year member of the Masonic Lodge of Fishers, and the Scottish Rite.
He is survived by sons, Mark (Diane) Wilder, and Dan (Laurie) Wilder; four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Betty Lou Wilder; brother, Arvin Wilder; and sister, Carol Kappmeyer.
Services will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, November 20, 2013, at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road, in Fishers with visitation beginning at 10:00 am until the time of service. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fishers United Methodist Church 9690 East 116th Street Fishers, IN 46037.
