Jon Stewart

Jon Lewis Stewart , 53, of Westfield, passed away on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at IU Health North Hospital in Carmel.  He was born on February 29, 1968 in Muncie, Indiana.

Jon was a graduate of Ball State University and a member of Sigma Tau Gamma. He was a member of the initial start up team for Financial Vision, which is now a highly successful Indianapolis based financial service company, and most recently he was Chief Information Security Officer for Financial Vision. Jon enjoyed spending time at his river house property, fishing, tinkering around, and flying his model airplanes. Most of all he loved spending time with his son and family.

Jon will be remembered for his generosity and never ending protection of everyone he loved.  He never met a stranger.  Being in his presence for even 5 minutes, you felt seen and heard.  Anyone who knows Jon will tell you they are a better person for knowing him.

He is survived by his wife of almost 18 years, Sandy Stewart; son, Jonathon Stewart; mother, Rita Masterson Stewart; brother, Rob (Ginger) Stewart; niece, Ryann Stewart; and nephew, Graham Stewart.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, with services at 2:00 pm at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, in Noblesville.   Burial will follow at Summit Lawn Cemetery in Westfield.
