Joe Linko, 76, of Fishers, passed away on Monday, March 11, 2013 at home. He was born on March 24, 1936 to John and Stella (Geklinski) Linko in Scranton, PA.
Joe had been co-owner of Mudsock Cafe and also Pac Rite, Inc., both in Fishers. He had been a Marine for 30 years and was a Vietnam Veteran; and was a member of the VFW and American Legion.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Julie Linko; daughters, JoAnn Kastner, Susan Fernane, Betsy Jonas, Cindy Avila, Julie Johnston & Nancy Linko; 16 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, March 15, 2013, at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road, in Fishers, with Pastor Joe Stolz officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 5635 W 96th Street, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46278.
