Judith A. McCay

Judith A. McCay, 76, of Tipton, passed away on Monday, December 5, 2016 at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born on July 17, 1940 to James and Glenna (Hines) Summers in Anderson, Indiana.
Judy loved crocheting and crafts, and owned McCay Ceramics. She was a giving person, and her family was her life.
Judy is survived by her husband of 34 years, Daniel McCay; children, Greg (Debby) Ashby, Bruce Covey, Tina (Tim) Howard, Sherri (Chuck) Townsend, Brad Ashby, Christi Covey, Daniel (Lori) Taylor, Sylvia (Charles) Henderson Whitehouse, Robert Oliver, Daryell (Tina) McCay, Angie Torrence, and James McCay; sister, Joanne Summers; brother, Kenneth (Vickie) Summers; 21 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Eddie Covey; and grandson, Scotty Boatwright.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, in Noblesville. Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, December 9, 2016 at Poland Cemetery, 8983 E State Road 42, in Poland, Indiana, with Pastor Jeff Gammon officiating.
