June West

June (Trittipo) West, 85, Fishers passed away Thursday, July 22, 2010 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. She was born February 2, 1925 in Germantown, IN to Harvey and Ora (Martin) Trittipo.
June was the treasurer of extra-curriculum activities at Hamilton Southeastern High Schools, where she had worked for 20 years, retiring in 1987. She was a graduate of Lawrence Central High School and Butler University and a member of Cumberland Road Christian Church in Fishers. She loved her family, cooking, puzzles and reading. She was very patriotic.
She is survived by her husband, Ardith West of Fishers; sons, Steven K. (Anne) West of Fishers & Jeffery S. (Rhonda) West of Greenwood; daughter, Karen J. (Darrel) Gudeman of Winamac;  grandchildren, Sarah (Adam) West Zell of Colfax, Evan (Blair) West of Indianapolis, Abigail (Troy) West Stogsdill of Bloomington, Jonathan West of Clarksville, TN, Joseph Carey of Fishers, Kyle West of Greenwood, Jessica West of Fishers, Joshua Gudeman of Winamac, Bethany Gudeman of Winamac, Kate Gudeman of Winamac; two great-grandchildren, Addyson Zeil of Colfax and Trevor Stogsdill of Bloomington, and several nieces & nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Ivy Trittipo West; a brother, Emory Trittipo; and son, David West.
Services will be held on Monday, July 26, 2010 at 2:00PM at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, with Rev. Jeff Conrad and Rev. Larry Renihan officiating. Friends may call on Sunday, July 25 from 2:00PM - 6:00PM at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Cumberland Road Christian Church or the Gideons.
