Karen Lee Rouch, 73, of Atlanta, passed away on Friday, February 28, 2020 at her home. She was born on January 15, 1947 to William "Bill" and Phyllis (Lower) Belle in Anderson, Indiana.
Karen was a customer service representative at many local banks and eventually retired from BMO Harris Bank. She was also a bus aide for Noblesville Schools. The last few years Karen and Gary have enjoyed traveling together. She loved watching NCIS, and became well known by many who commented and struck up a conversation upon seeing her NCIS cap.
Karen is survived by her husband, Gary Rouch; daughter, Brandi (Scooter); step-daughters, Crystal White, Darlene (Ian) Crider, and Carlene (Ed) Carter; and sister, Carla Boone.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Poppi Chadwell.
Karen's family has entrusted Randall & Roberts Funeral Home with her care.
