Kathryn Lucille (Vesey) Revis, 89, Noblesville, passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at Riverwalk Village in Noblesville. She was born April 26, 1919 in South Milford, Indiana to Horace and Leaffie Esther (Burton) Vesey.
Kathryn was a homemaker. She was a graduate of Sheridan High School and was a member of Noblesville First Friends Church, where she was a former Sunday School teacher and sang in the choir. She married Noel Revis on August 31, 1940. She loved to travel and do embroidery and needle point. She also loved to read mystery novels and tend to her flower garden. She was loved by many.
She is survived by daughter, Karen Sue Dance of Noblesville; son, Larry Lee (Lynn) Revis of Fishers; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and half-brother, John Vesey.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Noel Revis who passed on Feb. 10, 2007; son, Ronald Lynn Revis who passed in June, 2007; a sister, Florence Stevian; and a brother, William Vesey.
A memoral service will be held at Randall and Roberts in Noblesville on Monday, April 13 at 7 PM, with Rev. Rick Schoeff and Rev. Bill Medlin officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery.
