Kayla Marie McBride, 16, of Shelbyville, passed away on the evening of Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Especially Kids Health & Rehabilitation in Shelbyville. She was born on January 16, 2000 in Bay City, Michigan. Kayla attended Storer Elementary School in Muncie.
She is survived by her father, Kenneth McBride; mother, Katrina (Jamin) Savage; maternal grandparents, Dicki & Richard Bickel and Bruce & Martha Downing; paternal grandparents, Gerald & Bobbie Haynes; sisters, Kierra McBride and Kylie McBride; brother, Kristopher McBride; niece, Breona LaForce; aunt, Dana Orr; and uncles, Kris Downing, Tom Nelson, and Mike Nelson. Kayla was preceded in death by her uncle, Gerry Haynes; and several great-grandparents.
No services will be held. The family has entrusted Kayla's care with Randall & Roberts Funeral Homes in Noblesville.
