Kenneth M. Curtin, 81, of Noblesville, passed away on Monday, November 3, 2014 at Harbour Manor Care Center in Noblesville. He was born on April 7, 1933 to Michael and Eunice (Hollerbach) Curtin in Bronx, New York.
Kenneth retired from Rehabilitation Services of Indiana in 2002, where he had been a grants manager. He received several medals in the Paralympic Games; and was a musician who wrote his own music and played the accordion. He was a member of Die Dopple Adler Musikanten; and was also a member of the Musician's Union.
He is survived by wife, Elke Curtin; daughter, Kathy (John) Crowne; son, Timothy M. Curtin; daughter, Jennifer (Bradley) Shuder; step-sons, Steven Lyons, and James D. (Shelly) Lyons; step-daughter, Carol Hodson; brother, Robert Curtin; 13 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Annetta E. Curtin who passed away in 1978.
A Celebration of Life memorial visitation will be Sunday, November 9, 2014 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, Noblesville.
