Kenneth Montgomery

Kenneth Noel Montgomery, 77, of Noblesville, passed away on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at home. He was born on December 11, 1934 to Charles and Martha (Gaddis) Montgomery in Boyle County, Kentucky.
Kenneth was as a retired self employed heavy equipment mechanic and an Air Force veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of Lakeview Wesleyan Church in Noblesville ; loved to work on old cars; and was a Hot Wheels collector. He was a door greeter at church and loved to sing and write music.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy Montgomery; daughter, Carol (Jesse) Killmon; sons, Charles Montgomery and John Montgomery; siblings, Caroll Myatt, Donna Marie Springer, Ronnie Lee Nevius, Brenda Gale Boyd and Rene Hammons; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by children, Kenneth Lee Montgomery & Molly Irene Huffman; brother, George Montgomery; and sister, Helen Rogers.
Services will be held at 4:00 pm on Monday, November 12, 2012, at Lakeview Wesleyan Church, 396 Park Street, in Noblesville, with Pastor Carol and Dr. Richard Schenck officiating. Visitation will be Monday, November 12, 2012 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the church.
