Kenneth Ray Woods Sr., 67, Indianapolis, passed away Monday, May 24, 2010 at home. He was born September 1, 1942 in Vincennes, Indiana to Kenny and Gertrude (Adams) Woods.
Kenneth had been an automotive equipment salesman for over 30 years.
He is survived by sons, Ken Woods and Brian (Kristen) Woods; daughters, Holly (Adam) Walsh and Brandy Woods; sister, Marilyn Mathis; seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister.
Services were held on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary.
