Kimberley S. Ross Weston, 48, of Pendleton, Indiana, died peacefully and comfortably on May 31, 2018 at her home surrounded by loved ones and friends. She was born on October 27, 1969 in Lafayette, Indiana. She was the daughter of Stephen Ross, who proceeded her in death, and Mary Ellen Lohr of Indianapolis. Kim died after a long, hard-fought battle with ovarian cancer. She was a 1988 graduate of Brownsburg High School and a 1992 graduate of Indiana University where she earned a degree in Telecommunications/Business. She earned her MBA at Wright State University with an emphasis in Marketing in 2008. Kim worked in the automotive industry for most of her career, with the majority of her career spent at Reynold & Reynolds. Her career focused mainly on marketing and customer service roles. Kim also had many outside business and community interests. For many years, she was a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) in Dayton, Cincinnati and Indianapolis, eventually moving up the ranks to be the President of the Indianapolis AMA chapter. Her community interests include IUAA Board member in Cincinnati, for student recruitment. She volunteered for other organizations such as the American Diabetes Association, the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the United Way where she served as the company's yearly campaign advocate. Kim enjoyed spending her time running, hiking, playing tennis, boating in Tennessee, fishing in Canada and traveling with her husband. She was an avid animal lover, at one point having four animals under one roof. She was an active member of Christ the Savior Lutheran Church in Fishers. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Scott Weston of Pendleton, Indiana whom she married in September 2013; her brother, Matt (Tiffany Limbach) Ross; many extended family members of aunts, uncles and cousins. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon on June 23, 2018 at Christ the Savior Lutheran Church, 10500 E. 126th Street, Fishers, Indiana, with Pastor Brian Derrer officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am prior to the service. Friends are invited to stay for a luncheon at the church following the service.
