Kristy Lyn Ripley, 39, of Noblesville, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2016 at Riverview Health in Noblesville. She was born on October 1, 1976 to Billy Jo and Rebecca âBecky' (Ringo) James in Owensboro, Kentucky.
Kristy had been in the insurance business and had most recently worked for Amerisafe Insurance Company, until her illness; and was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Noblesville. She was a 1994 graduate of Heritage Hills High School in Lincoln City, IN, and had attended Tecumseh Jr-Sr High School in Lynnville, IN her junior year. She attended Indiana State University from 1996-1997 after studying theatre from 1994-1996 at Western Illinois University. From ages 11-18, Kristy was a member of the Lincoln Amphitheater, in Lincoln City, IN, where she was an actress and dancer in many productions. Crafting, dancing, singing, ballet, Pinterest, cooking and hosting were things she enjoyed, but her greatest accomplishment and joy came from being a loving wife and mother.
In addition to her mother, Kristy is survived by her husband, Paul Ripley; two children, Allyson Broadstreet and Colin Ripley; three sisters, Charity (Danny) Granderson, Amy James & Brandy (Billy) Green; a brother, Matthew (Breya) James; several aunts & uncles and nieces & nephews; and many friends.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, John & Irene Ringo and Charley & Hazel James.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 9900 East 191st Street in Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 1:00 pm. Rev. Peter Logsdon will officiate. Burial will be at Garrison Chapel Cemetery in Gentryville, IN on Monday, July 25.
