Leon Mosbaugh

Leon R. Mosbaugh, 87, of Noblesville, passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2014 at Harbour Manor Care Center in Noblesville. He was born on June 8, 1926 to Glen and Denzil (Grimm) Mosbaugh in Cicero, Indiana.
Leon was a computer systems analyst for American United Life Insurance Company; and was also a farmer in Hamilton County. Leon & Florence also owned and operated Mosbaugh's Grocery in Noblesville for 27 years. He proudly served his country as a U.S. Army Sgt, and was a WWII veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Florence Mosbaugh whom he married on October 30, 1954; children, Gary (Annette) Mosbaugh, Diana (Doug) Spear and Lisa (Phil) Morris; and grandchildren, Jeremy Mosbaugh, Kimberly (Britt) Wiseman, Ryan & Justin Spear, and Alexandria, Jessica & Jonah Rankin.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothea Leach.
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, April 18, 2014, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, Noblesville. Visitation will be Thursday, April 17, 2014 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
