Lillian V. Urban, 90, of Noblesville, passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2014 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. She was born on June 27, 1923 to John and Stella (Killen) Gladney in Center Hill, Alabama.
Lillian worked on the steam table and was also a server for Beanie's Cafeteria. She enjoyed working in her garden and loved flowers. She also enjoyed listening to gospel music, and even sang in a gospel quartet with her husband and another couple. She enjoyed cooking on her BBQ grill; but she especially loved her grandkids and her dog.
She is survived by her three loving children; two brothers; a sister; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Waymon; a sister; and two grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, February 12, 2014, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, in Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 9:00 am immediately prior to the service. Rev. Richard D. Bell will officiate. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
