Linda Mae Cox, 68, of Westfield, passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at St. Vincent Heart Center, Indianapolis. She was born on May 11, 1947 to Robert and Eloise (Harrison) Nichols in Montgomery, West Virginia.
Linda worked as a teller for various banks, retiring with 35 years of service. Following retirement, she worked as a cashier at WalMart. She loved spending time with family and baking. Linda was also an avid Colts fan, loved watching West Virginia college ball, and enjoyed computer games.
She is survived by her daughter, Tammy and husband John Pfeiffer; son, Mark A. and wife Bridget Derbique; sister, Judy and husband John Crawford; brother, Robert and wife Sharon Nichols; brother, Harry and wife Libby Nichols; and grandchildren, Ashley and Emily Mascia, Allie, Alexis and Anthony Derbique.
In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Alva Vern Cox, in 1994.
Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, December 1, 2015, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, in Noblesville, with John Crawford officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 1, 2015 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at Hamilton Memorial Park Cemetery in Noblesville.
