Lloyd "Bill" "Flip" Phlipot, 82, of Noblesville, passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at The Restoracy of Carmel. He was born on December 16, 1941, to Lloyd "Red" and Anna Marie (Miller) Phlipot in Dayton, Ohio.
Bill lived most of his life in St. Mary's Ohio, graduating from Memorial High School in St. Mary's, and then graduating from International Business College. He worked in sales and then became regional manager for Reynolds and Reynolds in Dayton, Ohio, for 36 years before retiring. After retirement, Bill was an appraiser for commercial real estate. He was a founding member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church and a charter member of the church. Bill was a volunteer chaplain at St. Vincent Hospital and IU Saxony in Fishers. He was a past member of Rotary Club and was involved in implementing the neighborhood watch program for Stony Ridge. Bill and Eileen moved several times over the years and have always treasured the friends they made. One of his greatest joys was taking his grandchildren to Disney World and the Grand Canyon.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Eileen Phlipot; daughters, Christina Burch and Caryn (Steven) Terry; son, Douglas (Amber) Phlipot; grandchildren, AnnaMarie (Jared) Slone, MaryClare Burch, EvelynRose Burch, Olivia Terry, Asher Phlipot, Gracie Phlipot, Sophia Phlipot, and Sadie Phlipot; sisters-in-law, Ruth (John) Cisco and Ginni Guarnieri; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, David Phlipot; and son-in-law, David Burch.
Memorial Mass will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 15176 Blessed Mother Blvd. in Fishers, with Rev. Cole Daily officiating. Committal service will be in Ohio at a later date.

Bill's final wish in life was to help others, so he made the decision to donate his body to science through the Anatomical Education Program at the Indiana University School of Medicine. Bill always had such a big loving heart, and will be dearly missed by all.
