Lorene E. Cummins

Lorene E. (Hodges) Cummins, 85, Noblesville, passed away Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville.  She was born April 28, 1925 in Cherry Valley, Arkansas to John and Maggie (Leonard) Hodges.
Lorene worked in Laundry Management at the Coin O Wash for 15 years.  She was also a  nurses aid.  She loved gardening, the outdoors, and her two birds.  She also loved cooking big meals for her family whom she dearly loved spending time with.
She is survived by three daughters, Patsy (husband, William) Forkner, Sandy (husband, Gene) Arbuckle, and Nancy (husband, Mike) Dotson, all of Noblesville; 13 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren, plus one sister, Hazel James of Paragould, Arkansas.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Cummins (1999); two daughters, Vickie Sparks & Linda Byrd; two brothers, one sister, and a grandson, Christopher Geralds.
Services will be held at 1:00PM on Friday, June 4, 2010 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, Noblesville, with Pastor Mike Risden officiating.  Friends may call Thursday, June 3, 4:00 - 8:00PM at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
