Loyce M. "Lou" Goolsby

Loyce M. "Lou" Goolsby, 86, of Westfield, passed away on Monday, January 12, 2015 at Riverview Health in Noblesville. He was born on March 16, 1928 to Nettie (Goolsby) Weaver in Iron City, Tennessee.
Loyce was a bus driver for Illini Swallow Bus Lines. He also had worked for Noblesville Casting for 20 years, was a Cicero Town Marshall, and was a reserve officer for the City of Noblesville.
Loyce is survived by his wife, Donna Stroud Goolsby; children, Dan (Karen) Goolsby, Michael (Donna) Goolsby, Mary (Greg) Baber, Misti Hampton, and Kristi (Jim) Zachary; 11 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Sue Barker; son, Joe Goolsby; brothers, Glen & Charlie Weaver; and one great-grandchild, Avery Linville.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, January 16, 2015, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, in Noblesville, with visitation from 11:00 am to the time of service. Rev. Stanley R. Sutton will officiate. Burial will be at Hamilton Memorial Park Cemetery in Noblesville.
Memorial contributions, in memory of Loyce, may be made to Randall & Roberts Funeral Center.
