Luis Carballo

Luis Angel Carballo, 79, of Westfield, passed away on Monday, March 31, 2014 at St Anthony Medical Center of Crown Point. He was born on July 12, 1934 in Utado, Puerto Rico.
Luis retired in the early 1990's after more than 20 years as a data processor for the Department of Veterans Affairs. He proudly served his country with the U.S. Army and was a Vietnam veteran.
He is survived by his children, Nemramy (Kenneth) D'Agostino, Maritsa Evans, José Julio Canales, Nestor Evans and Vivian (Thomas E.) Carballo-Brown; siblings, Addis Gomez, Julia Iris Hernandez, Maria Ismenea Hernandez and Maria Heralza Hernandez; and was lovingly remembered by many grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Paulina Carballo; father, Manuel Serafin Carballo Lopez; mother, Amelia (Hernandez) Trilla; brother, Tulio Anibal Carballo; and sister, Maria Josefa Hernandez.
Services will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday, April 6, 2014 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road in Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 1:00 pm immediately prior to the service.
