Marianne Kern

Marianne Kern, 67, of Sheridan, Indiana, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on July 7, 2024.

Marianne was a devoted mother, a cherished friend, and a beacon of laughter and love to all who knew her. Her warm smile and kind heart touched the lives of many, and her unwavering love for her family was evident in everything she did.

She is survived by her loving family and friends who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.

May she rest in peace, her spirit forever alive in the memories of those who were fortunate enough to know her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Scott Kern; mother and father, Everett and Edith Alderson (Pope); sister, Angela Alderson; and two nephews, Tyrone Alderson, and Brian White.

She is survived by her children, Marilu Steirs (Kern) and Scott E Kern Jr; brothers, Kenneth (Mariann) Alderson and Dennis (Jamie); sisters, Debbie White and Susan Bright; and several nieces and nephews.

Rest in Peace mom, we’re going to make you proud. Forever loved and never forgotten. We miss you mom.
