Marjorie Hume

Marjorie M. Hume, 95, of Noblesville, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at Harbour Manor Care Center in Noblesville. She was born on June 26, 1918 to Cecil and Osa (Hill) Moser in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Marjorie had been a salesperson at JC Penney for 22 years and had also worked at E.H. Willits in Noblesville for five years. She was a 1936 graduate of Zionsville High School; and a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Noblesville. She loved her family and was an avid gardener and loved flowers.
She is survived by daughters, Barbara (Jimmie) Adams and Martha (Larry) Horn; son, Bill (Judy) Hume; two sisters, Eileen Corey and Joan Ringmoz; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marion T. Hume; daughter, Kay Burris; five brothers; and one sister.
Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 7, 2013, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, in Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 11:00 am immediately prior to the service. Pastor Larry Horn will officiate. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
