Marlene Theresa Conway

Marlene T. Conway, 77, of Cicero, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2016 at Harbour Manor Care Center in Noblesville. She was born on February 23, 1938 to Walter and Helen (Stanislawski) Krus in Detroit, Michigan.
Marlene was a 1956 graduate of Eastern High School in Detroit. For 44 years, she worked for the S.S. Kresge Corporation (now K-Mart), as secretary to the vice-president in Detroit, and as office manager in Elk Grove Village, IL, retiring in 2001. Marlene was previously a member of St. Peter Damian Catholic Church in Bartlett, IL. She was a homemaker, and loved to read, garden, and work jigsaw puzzles.
Marlene is survived by her husband, William Conway; son, William F. Conway, Jr.; grandchild, Logan Conway; brothers, Walter Krus and Richard Krus; special nephew, Father Simon; and several nieces & nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her in-laws, Reginal & Mary Conway; and sister, Geraldine Michalski.
No services are planned. Marlene's care has been entrusted to Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, Noblesville.
