Martha Dorsey

Martha Dorsey, 89, of Arcadia, passed away on Friday, January 31, 2025 at Riverwalk Village in Noblesville. She was born on November 25, 1935 to Charles and Hope (Yazell) Young in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Martha was a house cleaner for many years. She enjoyed taking day trips, going on walks, gardening, and shopping. Most of all, Martha loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Donna Dorsey (Garry); nieces and nephews, Diana, Nancy, Roscoe Jay, and several other nieces & nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Eugene Dorsey; 2 infant children, Norman Jr. and Theresa; siblings, Charles Young, Robert Young, Donald Young, Harold Young, Paul Young, and Ruth Dorsey.

Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday February 6, 2025 at Cicero Christian Church, 1715 Stringtown Pike in Cicero, Indiana. Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm until the time of service at the church.
