Mary Carolyn Dash

Mary Carolyn Dash, 84, of Fishers, passed away on Monday, December 2, 2024 at her home. She was born on May 16, 1940 to Robert and Julia (Hubbard) Hartsock in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mary married Bobby Dash on August 9, 1957. 

Mary was a seamstress for Fabri-Tech for many years and was a member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Noblesville. She enjoyed reading, jewelry making, and word puzzles. Over the years, Mary liked traveling to Gatlinburg, Tennessee and going on church trip adventures. She was a homemaker and a true care giver to many. 

Mary is survived by her husband of 67 years, Bobby Dash; daughter, Rebecca (Bill) Dash-Edwards; son-in-law, Michael Millikan; siblings, John (Eunice) Hartsock, Judy Wills, Susan (Stan) Eckert, and Linda White; step-siblings, Steve (Karen) Swinford, and Sally Swinford; grandchildren, Ian Edwards and Nicholas Millikan; great-grandchildren, Lily & Colton Millikan; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Donna Dash-Millikan; son, Joseph Dash; sister, Jeanne Cox; brother, Bobby Hartsock; step-mother, Kate Hartsock; step-brothers, Stanley Swinford and Sidney Swinford; and step-sisters, Vona Weaver and Patricia May Jones.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street in Noblesville, with Rev. Richard D. Bell officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
