Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Ford

Mary Elizabeth 'Betty' (Dreher) Ford, 93, of Noblesville, passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. She was born on January 2, 1919 to Earl and Dersie (Fisher) Dreher in Hamilton County, Indiana.
Betty logged 22,442 hours during her 42 years at Riverview Hospital working in the gift shop, which is the most hours of any Riverview volunteer. She was a member of First Christian Church in Noblesville, where she volunteered in the office; and was a member of the Riverview Auxiliary. She had also been a Girl Scout leader and Sunday School teacher; and was the Grand Marshall of the 2004 4th of July parade in Noblesville.
She is survived by daughter, Sandra (Gale) Kibbe; sister-in-law, Betty Dreher; nephews, Dennis McEntire, Michael Dreher & Russell Dreher; nieces, Sharon Craig, Anne West & Linda Leapley; two great-nieces; five great-nephews; and several great-great-nieces & nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Thurall W Ford who died in 2000, after 59 years of marriage; two sisters, Virginia Craig & Hester House; and brother, Mickey Dreher.
Services will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, April 20, 2012, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, in Noblesville, with Pastor John Davis officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, April 19, 2012 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
