Mary L. Grable

Mary L. Grable, 93, of Noblesville, passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2024 at her home. She was born on April 5, 1931 in Evansville, Indiana, the last surviving child of Joseph and Leah (Birchfield) Hunter. 

Mary retired in 1993 from Construction Reporting Co. as a construction market data plan room manager. She was a member of Noblesville Pilgrim Holiness Church and loved God. Mary loved playing solitaire, doing crosswords, watching game shows and the news. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. 

Mary is survived by her daughters, Sherrie (Michael) Prosch and Brenda Winters; sister, Jean Jorgensen; six grandchildren, John Kimbrell, Dustin Prosch, Leah Robinson, Bre Lee, Jason Winters and Jacob Winters; and 4 great-grandchildren. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Byron Dawson Grable; and her grandson, Mark Kimbrell. 

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, May 3, 2024 at Crownland Cemetery, 1776 Monument Street in Noblesville, with Pastor John Forsee officiating. A celebration of Mary's life will be held at Pilgrim Holiness Church following the Graveside Services.
