Mary Nickless
Mary (Rowe) Nickless, 83, of Noblesville, passed away Friday, April 3, 2009 at Harbour Manor Care Center. She was born March 24, 1926 in Ohio and was the youngest of five.
After her parents died at age 5, she grew up in an Otterbein orphanage in Ohio where she had relatives nearby. Mary received her elementary and high school education at the orphanage. Mary also loved to write poetry.
She is survived by her son, Woody Davis, Jr. of Terre Haute, Indiana; son, Richard Davis of Marshall, Illinois; and son, Delbert Davis of Indiana.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Woodrow Wilson Davis, Sr. who passed away in 1964; and her daughter, Carrie Ann Runyan.
Services will be held graveside at 2:00PM on Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at Riverside Cemetery in Noblesville, with Rev. Stan Sutton officiating.
