Maxine Grace Holmes

Maxine G. Holmes, 96, of Noblesville, passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Riverwalk Village in Noblesville. She was born on September 14, 1918 to Calvin and Francis (Chamberlin) Mushrush in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
Maxine was a member of Noblesville First United Methodist Church and a lifetime member of Delta Sigma Kappa. She was also an avid Bridge player.
Maxine is survived by her daughter, Becky (Alan) Harper; son, R.B. (Carol) Holmes; four grandchildren, Rob Holmes, Arnold Holmes, Jaysi Madigan, and Abbey Harper; and eight great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Holmes; and brother, Otis Mushrush.
Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday, August 27, 2015, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, in Noblesville, with visitation from 2:00 pm to the time of service. Pastor Dick Judson will officiate. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
Memorial contributions may be made to Noblesville First United Methodist Church Choir, 2051 Monument Street, Noblesville, IN 46060.
