Michael Fredrick Nickel, 64, of Westfield, passed away on Friday, March 11, 2011 at St. Vincent Hospice in Indianapolis. He was born on September 19, 1946 to Carl and Mary (Bivens) Nickel in Indianapolis, IN.
Michael worked as a Dispatcher for Paddack Transportation.
He is survived by a son, Jon (Lisa) Nickel, daughter, Kristie (Jeff) Ripley , brother, Danny (Elizabeth) Nickel, sister, Cathy (Michael) Henderson, 4 grandchildren, Jacob Ripley, Brittney Ripley, Regan Nickel, and Logan Nickel
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Nickel.
Private family services were held at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association .
