Morris Glenn Miller

Morris Glenn Miller, 87, of Westfield, passed away on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at St. Vincent Seton Specialty Hospital in Indianapolis.  He was born on February 15, 1931 to William and Martha (Hibbard) Miller in Laurel County, Kentucky.
Glenn graduated from Zionsville High School in 1949. He proudly served in the Air Force during the Korean War and was awarded a Soldiers Medal for Heroism. Glenn attended Westfield Friends Church. He worked for Farm Bureau and was a life long farmer known for his sweet corn, strawberries, and pumpkins. Glenn loved his children, grandchildren, and great-granddaughter.
He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Elizabeth Marie "Betty" Miller; his children, David Glenn (Terrie) Miller, Nancy (Kevin Lillis) Miller, Steven  (LeeAnn) Miller, Donald (Lisa) Miller, and Pamela (Larry) Eidson; grandchildren, Nick (Lisa), Rebecca (Kyle), Larry (Lora), Philip, Jacob, Case, Carter, and Simon; great-grandchild, Quinn Eidson; siblings, Ruth Anderson and Ernest (Janet) Miller.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Mark Anthony Miller; grandson, Nathan Miller; and brother-in-law Rev. Bob Anderson.
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Westfield Friends Church, 324 S. Union Street in Westfield, with Dr. Jim Lo officiating.  Visitation will be from 9:00 am to the time of service at the church.  Burial will be at Summit Lawn Cemetery in Westfield.
