Morris A. Randall, 86, Noblesville, passed away Monday, April 13, 2009 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. He was born March 19, 1923 in Carmel, to Malcolm and Audra (Haines) Randall.
Morris was a lifelong farmer, and had been a truck driver for Indiana Seed Company for 20 years, retiring in 1992. He had also worked for a time at Foster Kendall. He was a member of Gray Friends Church in Noblesville, and served his country in the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by his wife, Joan (Anderson) Randall of Noblesville; daughters, Lynn (Joe) Tharp of Lebanon, Dana (Gordon) Clemens of Warsaw, IN, and Lisa Clark of Streetsboro, OH; 11 grandchildren, Jeffrey, Wayne & Brian Tharp, Kimberly Placek, Shannon (Placek) Dimock, Kady Randall, Chelsea, Colin, Justin & Erin Clemens, and Savannah Clark; and seven great-grandchildren, Austin & Justin Tharp, Lindsey Williams, Aaron & Taylor Casey, and Kate & Lauren Dimock.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Nancy Jeffries; a son, David Randall; and two sisters, Marilyn Powell and Marcella Katterhenry.
Services will be held at 2:00PM on Thursday, April 16, 2009 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home in Noblesville, with Pastor Christina Gangwer officiating. Friends may call Wednesday, April 15, 4:00 - 8:00PM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Gray Friends Cemetery.
