Nancy Lee Landis

Nancy Lee Landis, 77, of Noblesville, passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at Riverview Health in Noblesville. She was born on March 26, 1938 to Rev. James Arthur and Olive Edith (McKenzie) Rook in Memphis, TN.
Nancy was a registered nurse, working the majority of her career at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. Her most passionate pursuit was for others to know Jesus Christ and the hope and eternal life that He can bring. In all situations she was eager to pray, knowing that God is in control of everything (Proverbs 3:5-6). She leaves this legacy instilled in all who knew her.
Nancy leaves behind her son, David (Tracy) Landis; daughters, Dana Vogel, and Danielle Landis; brother, Jim (Terri) Rook; sisters, Sharon Box, and Jan (George) Hendricks; four grandsons, Max Landis, Jake Landis, Tyler Edmonds, and Alex Vogel; and many nieces & nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Howard Box.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, May 11, 2015, at Harbour Shores Church, 8011 East 216th Street in Cicero, with visitation beginning at 11:00 am immediately prior to the service. Pastor Stephen Schultze will officiate. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
