Nina Stitt

Nina A. Stitt, 99, of Noblesville, passed away on Monday, June 13, 2011 at home. She was born on January 12, 1912 to George and Anna (Roberts) Lawrence in Newberry, MI.
Nina was a graduate of Petoskey High School of Michigan, and Western Michigan University. She previously worked as a physiology teacher for Petoskey and Lansing School Corporations in Michigan.
She is survived by daughter, Sue Ann Myers; son, Larry (Cheryl) Stitt; brother, Roy (Virginia) Lawrence; sisters-in-law, Margaret Lawrence & Shaw Christensen; five grandchildren, Sarah (James) Slaven, Jeff (Amanda) Myers, Tom Stitt, Sam Stitt & Lily Stitt; and two great-grandchildren, Kelsey Slaven and Alexis Stitt.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, William C. Stitt (2003); son-in-law, Robert Myers; three brothers; and four sisters.
Arrangements are being handled by Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1685 Westfield Road, Noblesville, IN 46062.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made, in memory of Nina, to the Hamilton County Public Library, General Gift Fund.
