Nira J. Becker

Nira J. (Goudreau) Becker, 76, Noblesville, passed away Monday, July 19, 2010 at her home in Noblesville.  She was born October 1, 1933 in Kankakee, Illinois to Lloyd Goudreau and Opal (LaRoche) Hartung.
Nira was a Registered Nurse and worked 20 years for Westminister Village Nursing Home.
She was a member of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Cicero, Indiana.
She is survived by husband, Donald Becker; son, Fred Becker of Florida; daughter, Julie (husband, Don) Cochrane of Noblesville; son, Sam (wife, Bonnie) Becker of Indianapolis; daughter, Laurie (husband, Jeff) Melton of Fortville; son, Bill (wife, Heather) Becker of Noblesville; ten grandchildren: Kelly, Kara, Charlie, Samatha, Allison, Amy, William, Saris, Jake, and Maddie, and four great-grandchildren: Parker, Sophia, Finley, and Cole.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Renee Phillips, and a brother, Noel Goudreau.
Services will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, July 23, 2010 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Noblesville, with Rev. Tom Metzger officiating.  Friends may call Thursday, July 22, 4:00 - 8:00PM at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, Noblesville; vigil at 7:30PM.  Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
